with Easy Children Crafts
Easy children crafts can be tailored to fit any child and any budget. FUN is the name of the game! And even better, children's crafts aid in developing imaginations and fine motor skills. In our home, some crafts have remained favorites from the terrible two's right through the independent teen years.
What is the age of your child?
For the youngest in your family (two to six years of age), craft ideas are simple and wonderful. All recipients will appreciate and cherish gifts that are made by the little kiddos, enjoying it as the youngsters begin to explore their creative sides. They especially like that there are no particular rules in this age bracket; Little Suzie wants to color her elephant purple? Go for it!
From six to eight years of age, you'll notice a developing streak of individuality in your kids. A bit more thought will need to be added to the mix for their creations, and don't be too surprised when they amaze you with their creative concoctions!
Once your children reach the age of nine and up, they will require much less supervision in the making of their easy children crafts. Be on the lookout for projects that will require even more detail to be applied to their work.
Here's another thing to keep in mind: At this age, it's a terrific idea to have a children's craft party, since they live to socialize! Make your own invitations for a neighborhood party. Talk to your child's teacher about having a craft party in the classroom.
Keep some basic, inexpensive supplies on hand for those rainy days, or warm afternoons spent outside. Choose a cabinet, and fill it with construction paper, markers, colored pencils. crayons, watercolors, tempura paint, a glue stick or washable squeeze glue, and children's scissors. This simple list will be the beginning of some creative and amazing crafts!
Before you know it, you'll have an "art gallery" filled with treasures and gifts for the whole family! Easy children crafts are fun for all ages!
